Yes, we'll arrange a complimentary, informal two-way discovery/chemistry session prior to engaging on a formal coaching program. A meaningful conversation to understand your goals, explore whether coaching or mentoring is the right fit for you, and ensure alignment before we move forward.
How are the Coaching sessions structured?
How are the Coaching sessions structured?
Typically 6 Sessions in total, not including the initial Discovery/Chemistry session. Each session ranges from 60-90mins. the frequency of the sessions are 2-4 weeks apart and a combination of In-person and Virtual. (100% Virtual for Clients outside of Singapore)
